If services are canceled at any time by the client due to other reason outside of photographer’s control, retainer will be forfeited. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot.
KM Photography shall be the only photography service provider retained by the Client for the session. Family and friends of Client shall be permitted to photograph session, for non-commercial purposes, provided that such person or persons do not interfere with the photographer’s duties. If, in the opinion of the assigned photographer, such person or persons are inhibiting the photographer from performing his or her duties, the client shall be required to stop all further shots.
While every attempt is made to create the best images possible, however no particular photo is guaranteed. The client will obtain printing rights and high resolution digital files which may be used for personal use only, and may not be sold or published without the written consent of KM. Photography. KM Photography reserves the right to display any photographs made in conjunction with this session as samples of work for the purposes of window and showroom exhibit, advertising, promotion on the internet, publication, instruction and professional competition.
Illness: Due to Covid as well as other illnesses its my focus to keep a clean and safe environment not only for myself but also for all clients that will participate in photo shoots. If at any point before the scheduled shoot anyone is showing signs and symptoms of illness such as but not limited to runny nose, cough, fever, KM Photography reserves the right to reschedule the shoot at a later date. If at any point during the scheduled shoot anyone is showing signs and symptoms of illness such as but not limited to runny nose, cough, fever, client will be asked to leave and reschedule the date.
When your shoot is scheduled I ask that you please be on time at your scheduled time. Its imperative to keep my schedule and clients running smoothly. I will not run into the next shoot if you arrive late so you can receive your full time. Its not fair to my other clients who arrive at their scheduled times. If you are more then 5 min late for a 15 min session I will require a rescheduling fee of $40 and your non refundable retainer for the original time will be held with no exceptions made. I will not reschedule the other shoot until the $40 rescheduling fee is made so please make sure you arrive on time.
KM Photography cannot be held responsible for outfit choices or self perceiving image. Im a natural based photographer. I can remove small blemishes and smooth wrinkles, I can not change body image.
If dates and times need to be adjusted to fill gaps I will notify you of any changes in the time to fill gaps.
COMPLETION OF FINAL PRODUCT: The entire editing process, from time of session to receipt of the final product is normally 1 to 2 weeks, at which time Client will receive the final product of the session.
By signing of this contract the photographer and the clients agree to all terms & conditions stated in this contract
